ESRM 371: Coastal Monitoring with Remotely Piloted Systems

Description
Hours: One-hour lecture and four hours activity per week
Prerequisite: ESRM 370 or Consent of Instructor (must have FAA part 107 license)
Develops student skills in vehicle maneuvering, control systems, safe operations, and effective planning and budgeting. Students will focus on data collection and analyses built around data collection activity labs. Classes will typically focus on either aerial or aquatic systems. Course repeatable once. This course will focus on coastal monitoring with drones.
